Solar Panel Installation Coverage Across the UK
Regional coverage with local assessment, engineering and aftercare
Solar Panel Installers UK helps homeowners understand whether solar is suitable for their property and, where it is, how the system should be designed around the home, its electricity use and future plans.
Our principal coverage areas are shown below. Each location page provides locally relevant information and a straightforward route to begin an assessment. If your town is not listed, that does not necessarily mean it falls outside our working area. Many enquiries are covered from the nearest regional hub.
What matters: Being “local” is not about placing hundreds of town names on a website. It is about knowing who is responsible for the assessment, engineering, installation, certification and support after the work is complete. |
How our coverage works
Solar Panel Installers UK provides the initial assessment framework, clear homeowner guidance and the standards expected throughout the customer journey.
Property assessment, system design, installation and MCS certification are delivered by Array Electrics Ltd. This gives the homeowner a defined engineering route from the first serious assessment through to commissioning and aftercare.
Coverage is organised regionally. Before recommending a visit, we can usually review the address, roof configuration and broad electricity requirements to establish whether the enquiry is practical and which engineering team is best placed to handle it.

If your town is not listed
Please contact us before assuming that your area is outside our coverage. A nearby regional team may already work across your postcode, even where we have not created a separate town page.
We would rather maintain a smaller number of useful, accurate location pages than publish hundreds of near-identical pages simply to display place names.
A sensible first check: Send us the installation address and a brief outline of what you are considering. We can review the property location and confirm whether the enquiry sits within practical survey and installation coverage. |
What happens before we recommend a system
Location is only the beginning. Two houses in the same road can need very different solar designs because of their roofs, shading, electrical arrangements and patterns of electricity use.
Before a firm recommendation is made, the assessment should consider:
- Roof orientation, pitch, usable area and seasonal shading.
- Roof condition, structure and suitable fixing positions.
- Current electricity use and when that electricity is consumed.
- Consumer unit, supply, earthing and grid-connection requirements.
- Whether battery storage, EV charging or future expansion should influence the design.
- Realistic generation, savings and export assumptions.
This is why we design before quoting. The purpose is not to fit the greatest number of panels or present the quickest payback figure. It is to establish what will perform properly for the property and remain a sound decision over the long term.
Local knowledge with clearly defined responsibility
A location page should help you reach the right team. It should not create the impression that a different solar company occupies every town on the list.
Wherever an installation takes place, the same principles apply: measured design, clear explanations, named engineering responsibility, appropriate certification and support after commissioning.
If solar is not suitable, or if another course of action should come first, we will explain why. That is part of a proper assessment, not a failed sales appointment.
