The customer is responsible for ensuring legal access to the property and confirming ownership or authority to approve installation works.
Installation timescales are estimates and may vary due to weather, supply chain delays, regulatory approvals or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
5. Payment terms
Payment terms will be clearly set out in your quotation or contract. A deposit may be required prior to installation, with the balance payable upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Failure to make payment in accordance with agreed terms may result in delays, suspension of services or recovery action.
6. Cancellations
If you are a consumer, you may have a statutory right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. Details will be provided in your written agreement.
Cancellation after materials have been ordered or works commenced may result in charges for costs already incurred.
7. Warranties
Solar panels, inverters and battery systems are supplied with manufacturer warranties. Warranty periods vary depending on the product selected.
We provide workmanship warranties as specified within your installation agreement.
Warranty terms may be subject to compliance with manufacturer guidance and proper system maintenance.
8. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability which cannot be excluded under UK law.
Subject to the above, our liability shall be limited to the value of the contract for the services provided.
We shall not be liable for indirect or consequential loss including loss of profit, loss of business or loss of anticipated savings.

Installations are carried out in accordance with applicable UK regulations and industry standards, including MCS certification requirements where applicable.
Customers are responsible for ensuring compliance with planning restrictions, lease conditions or third party permissions unless otherwise agreed in writing.
